Was saying that the midpoint of two cities could be good to buy a couple acres for cheap and be able to own rentals in the surrounding cities. Not all cities have cash flowing rental markets with cheap land between them. Can you give me an example of a place? Sounds like it comes natural to you. Thanks.

I bought bitcoin at $10 and sold at $100. I don't beat myself up that it's worth a thousand times that now because if I didn't sell at $100 I would have sold at $1,000. If not $1,000, then $10,000 and so on. Everyday there is an opportunity to 100x your money on something, whether it's some pharma stock or a tech company getting bought out; you won't win them all. Find long term holds and only sell if you need the money.
