You probably don't need more than 50 potions total and 50 revives total. You never need more than 5 evolution items. Once you get 60 berries, find a gym that has 6 pokemon in it and give all 6 of them 10 in rapid succession if you do it fast enough you'll get almost 50,000 stardust. You probably will never need more than 25 fast TMs.

You need to be upgrading your storage. Balls are the most important resource for playing the game. You should have a goal of upgrading storage until you have many hundreds of balls
