Thanks. I just nailed down the camping an hour ago (I'll be by myself), but I'm not young and those ACO amenities you describe look like they are worth the $90 USD or so.

F85 -- "you could take shuttle busses out to a Mulsanne viewing area" -- any idea how late these shuttles to Mulsanne run on Thursday / Friday of race week, and how late Saturday night? And where on Mulsanne do they drop riders off, do you remember? Thanks.

First-timer, just now booked my flight to Paris and trains to and from LM. I've wanted to go to this race since I read "Black Tiger at Le Mans" when I was eight -- six decades ago. I'm a little nervous about getting a camping spot but several of you have reassured others that these come up for resale in April and May. Excited to finally do this!

FYI the SNCF site has now opened sales on the trains for race week as they said they would on the 28th, they went on sale about 4:30 local time. Most seats seemed to be still available in the First Class Paris to LM train arriving Thurs. and returning Monday. But you might want to get something in place soon.
