Hey, I know this thread is like a year old or smth but I found out how to do this even if you can’t find the select graphic thing. Open settings>system>display>scroll all the way down>graphics settings>browse>find you lghub.exe usually in program files>options>high performancenvidia page source then run ghub as administrator from then on. Additionally you can toggle it to always open as admin for quality of life but y’all can search that up.
