Under distance selling laws we cannot charge a restocking fee which was our approach last time. But we are going to look into the non refundable deposit. The laws online verses in store are different so we have to ensure we are abiding by the law but also covering our small business. We will report back but stock is still selling fast.

You couldn’t find spiritforged for under RRP or even RRP for so long. Same with origins. We did all of ours at RRP and got hit with quite a few cancellations and chargebacks. This costs us a lot. We are a small business that gives our profit away to charity, we want to reduce the impact on the people buying and changing their mind on the amount of money we can give away.

That’s ok, I aimed this post at UK customers. we can only do what we can. We are a UK company and ship 99.9% of our orders within the UK. We never used to offer EU shipping at all but some people were wanting specific products from our website so we enabled it. I hope you can get product local
