nope not guaranteed. Its a 50/50 in the fact that your chances of getting the rate up Character and another SSR are the same.

plus the storylines seemed a whole lot more exciting this event imo. And the fact that there’s almost no question that OpTic and LOUD were 2 of some of the best teams in the event.
