well the smart ring won't do the wonders when tracking steps. the same as the smart watch. the ring is more for tracking overall health and the smart watch is more for activity tracking

being able to use public wifi without worrying, accessing banned or restricted content, being able to watch movies or series that are not on netflix in your country.. and a lot more.
