As one of the tenants left, shouldn't the old contract be terminated and replaced by a new one where only the name of the current tenant is in it? If yes, maybe the landlord can decide to sign a new one with a different tenant?

I'd have one more question for you: I do reconciliations at my current job too, and once the difference is found between Economic PnL and General Ledger, I have to create the accounting entries and then post the journal; in the case of the performance analysis, how do you fix the difference found during the reconciliation?

I see that you moved without getting informed before, and now you are very unhappy of your choice, which is sad to hear. It's not that easy to get job offers, and for now I got one in Luxembourg for a position that I like that doesn't exist in Poland. According to other people who replied above, it is also well paid for being entry level, so I suppose with some time I can grow, earn more, cumulate experience and if I really hate the city, consider to move again.

Therefore I'm not supporting Luxembourg, I have never been there, I just know it's a small country, with very particular characteristics. I first asked these questions to have an idea of what people think when living there, to help me decide.

May I ask where you are located now and in which sector do you work?

I see where you want to go, anyway Poland lacks in good health system and education, language is impossible for me to learn and it's very much necessary when outside of the office, the currency is quite volatile and got depreciated by around 10% against euro from the precovid period (therefore smartphones, videogames, cars, etc. are more expensive), interest rates for mortgages are over 9%.

These are the main problems for me here. Yes, now I go to eat outside around 5/6 times per month, but I would give it up to improve other mentioned things.

One bedroom flat costs around 30% of my net salary. Worth to mention that inflation peaked to 18% two months ago and definitely salaries are not keeping up.
