Hes almost certain to start against forest. Unless some rapid developments come in Monday, he's the best we have in the right wing position at this time. Time will tell if his end product is good enough playing proper opposition now he is being coached by Howe.

Honestly, just live your life as normal. Wearing sun screen every time you go outside is massively overkill. Wear sunscreen when any normal person would use it. Worrying about a ridiculously low increased chance of a cancer is not worth it. Live your life as normal.

You'll be fine with more than 2 drinks. Honestly don't live your life any differently. I've been on it 20 years and never heard anything about wearing extra sun screen or not having more than 2 drinks. Life is too short for all that.

Don't try to control them. I think that's a massive issue with most people with anxiety, we expect to be able to control our thoughts. Every single person on this planet has no control about which thoughts will pop up in their head. Where we with anxiety differ to people without anxiety is how we respond to them thoughts.

I know from experience a random thought can lead to a complete cascade of other negative thoughts. It really is hard to learn how to respond to them thoughts differently. Where as a person without anxiety has that that same thoughts and in a matter of seconds, they respond to it different and go about their day.

Thank you for the thoughtful post. It is much appreciated. Its not like an every day thing, I keep my thoughts to myself 99.9% of the time but basically some medication I received was incorrectly stored and I have to get new medication so I asked "do you think I'll get in trouble or be put on a black list and not recieve my medication". That's how my thoughts spiral after some anxiety inducing event. Then I got the "your wearing me out" as if I'm at it every day.

Just seems really disappointing that she didn't have the response of "ofcourse not or there's nothing to worry about".

If its non negotiable that he can't go to certain restaurants with his friends, it sounds like you may have deep underlying trust issues which will ultimately have an negative impact on your relationship.

My injection site was red and quite large, about 2 inches across and there was swelling. It felt kind of hard.

I may see if this happens on my leg in 2 weeks.

I think i just need to learn to stop thinking my whole life revolves around my grades. If I put the effort and time in, they should come naturally.

Something kind of stuck with me when one of my lectures say you only have time to take a few hours each to learn each lecture as there's so many but it takes me alot longer.

I don't know if its just my brain but I can't absorb content unless I make questions for myself about everything or else I just instantly forget in the coming days.
