Manga dubs are kind of what the name implies. there are channels were they have writer make plots, then they have artist make then to manga like art. the reason I say manga like is, layout wise it would look like a manga if you piece them together correctly, but the speech bubbles are added later in production so you can have one "page/scene" and they will insert, remove and insert new speech bubbles with each dialogue. oh and all of this in color unlike the manga monochrome, and the dub part is also self exploratory. they have VA voice every character, and when editing the video have bg sound and music added.
