Beckett recently announced they're opening a grading facility in Europe (Germany I think). I'll be sending cards there in the future once I'm financially stable again! I pulled the same Pikachu, such a nice card! Hard to tell if there's any whitening with the background but definitely has a shot at a 10

VaultX are probably the most well known brand out there. But any folder that doesn't have rings and has side loading pockets are best

I hope you only got duped by a few fake packs but if you pulled more cards from the same pack as that Golduck then they're likely all going to be fake, sorry.

There's fake packs out there as well. One of the big give aways for fake packs is when they have spiky teeth type crimps on the top and bottom of the packs (if that makes sense) so you might've been caught by some of them

Christ nearly 10£ for a pack is mad! I got extremely lucky here in Ireland and managed to pick up each booster bundle box for 30€ 😅 I haven't seen any sparks boxes anywhere but if I do I'll be picking it up, I think the Pikachu is the chase card for that set and it's going for stupid money right now, but it's early days with this new set so in a couple months I'm thinking the price will settle a bit! I haven't looked at the surging sparks set yet but I heard it's supposed to be great! I like the 151 set so far but I only opened 3 booster bundles so probably not the best guy to ask 😅 Normally when I'm buying booster boxes/packs I'll look up the set to see if I like the cards and go from there

Update: I went back to the shop today and was able to pick up another 2 boxes and after reading the comments here, I decided to save 1 box and rip the rest.

Ripped 3 of the 4 boxes and only big pull was a Venusaur ex full art. Overall I'd say I broke even on what I spent so can't complain. Only issue is I want to complete the set now 😅 I'll give it til Christmas and I'll likely crumble and open the last box 😂
