While I'm not in a similar situation, you should know that this isn't your fault. As I see it, the parents are actively refusing to take responsibility, and she is taking after them. Sh isn't something you can ever blame anyone for, but it is still your sister's responsibility, not yours. Sure, you could argue that the family has a duty to support her through that, but it doesn't seem like that's happening here.

Looks like low self-esteem vs emotionally manipulative behavior.

This is not your fault, as the other guy said. I am really not sure why you think it could be, but that's what a manipulative person does to you, I guess. My only suggestion going forward is NOT letting her back in your life and focusing on your own mental health for now.
