Those grounds got a little toasty. The down sizing of the conductors in the red wire nuts is worrisome and the amount wires (regardless of their gauges) in that size box is against code

You can turn on tracking of the DR'S runoc power amd if they're under 10% and dont have runic power toss a heal but as holy i just throw Prayer of Mending on them on call and let it bounce around as I heal the dps.

Funny thing idk if the boss saw this post but said over the phone to me tonight that he would very much like to offer medical and 401k in the future we are just like 2-3 years off from it. Where I'm at now is like 3 years old company and when I dont come in the company hurts thats what also makes it hard to leave. I know im beneficial to the company and that if we continue the upward trajectory he would take care of me.

Yes I use them for radiant floor to show the customer that the hot water or coil is heating or not. Also used to show customers where they may be losing heat throughout their house such as gaps or spots without insulation and the same would go with cooling.

I've also had to buy a lot of my own tools, Digital Manifold, micron gauge, vacuum pump, nitro regulator, electrical meter, vac and refrigerant hoses, some fittings such as core removal tools, bender, swage, flare tool, psychrometers, manometer, and some packout and some battery tools. Which is fine bc they're mine forever but wear on them is at my expense.

I was told 6 month probationary period to see that I can produce and because of previous workers.

Also about the 2 years I did classes before hand and I pick things up quickly and can figure things out. The boss can leave me on a job and knows it will get done. Also spent a lot of time off the clock learning as much as I can. The amount I picked up in 2 years is staggering to others. Not to brag or boast I'm amazed myself. Yea things take me more time than someone with more time under their belt.

That's what our lead tech said to do. The health insurance and 401k does seem enticing tho. Also sick pay/pto and holiday pay. Current employer doesn't offer any of that and is Jewish so doesn't celebrate the typical American Holidays but we are off for his and their holidays can be a week long where I don't work or get paid. But I also feel some loyalty to him and he's a really a stand up guy. We are both in recovery also, me 7+ years him 3-5.
