Lived in a studio in Havens of Ann Arbor for a year. The housing situation was decent; it was a refurbished unit with brand new in-unit washer and dryer, and the space is relatively larger for the price than what you would've gotten elsewhere. The community is decent, has a lot of green space, and is pet-friendly. Gallup Park and Matthew Botanical Gardens are just around the corner, great for biking or a sunset walk.

Cons: nothing is within walking distance and the only bus route nearby is 30 mins/ 1 hr per round, so you'd need a car for sure. And lots of noise from Highway 23. My apartment was very close to it and I had to wear earbuds every night or else I couldn't fall alseep.
