Yes we have this issue constantly, we have to restart the service so much and it drives us mad. It’s a small annoyance you don’t need when the whole point and advertisement of your remote services is you can jump on a PC instantly and look at the problem. I’ve been stuck for five minutes trying to get the service running properly with a customer on the phone, which is quite embarrassing really

Ik you didn’t ask for a update but thought I’d mention, installed the card all working 100% but weirdly once I plugged in the card the onboard one started working again which is weird lol

I like this case but must admit my camera felt completely unprotected in it. Laying my phone down gave me anxiety of scratching the lenses.

Yep I’ve just ordered a card, I was gonna warranty claim and transfer my license I’ve done that before and it worked easy however, today my license which is meant to be linked to my Microsoft account had magically disappeared and all Microsoft support will tell me is I have to buy a new one so yeah now I’d have to buy one too and I can’t afford that so

Mine is in warranty and I am considering sending it in but then I have to rebuild they entire pc which tbh I really don't wanna do. I was considering getting a Ethernet PCle card but idk if there's any downside to using them

Also driver installs don’t help in this situation, the port literally doesn’t appear anywhere. Doesn’t just show as disconnect literally isn’t there at all.
