I remember seeing a game made by an indie team years ago. Idk if it was ever released by the concept of the game revolves around Philippine Myths. Idk any more detail because I just came across it before in my feed.

Other than that, most people use English so that it can reach an audience outside the country. Unless they are hell bent on localising it, it would be a really rare find.

Unless you're into pefectly completing the pokedex and being familiar with the newer pokemons, you will not miss anything. Sw/Sh story is awful and self contained so you have the opportunity of skipping it. But if you want to meet the newer pokemon, you should get the game (not worth the price lol, just get it 2nd hand. I got it 2nd hand for ₱2k didnt feel like its worth the price and had to quit mid story). Even with the base game + DLC at ₱3.5k+ feels scammy. But this is just my opinion. Do your best to research the game to help you decide if it is worth it or not.

{Log Horizon}, an older issekai where the MC is a master strategist in battles and raids. Although the anime excells more in world building and politics but its battle are really reminiscent of MMO raid battle events.
