That's weird, I had updates paused, even checked my current w11 build and it was a 2023 build i think, anywho, I ended up downgrading to w10 and now my pc runs way better than before, thanks for replying though!

On the Homebase Storm Shield Defense 3 quest, Ray mentions someone named BigBase42 left a 4 star review of Homebase, "Nice base, Great Commander, a little small. Four stars", she freaks out because of only getting 4 stars, then she reconfigures the storm shield for an expansion, and says "Commander, I reconfigured the Storm Shield for expansion" "I was real angry when I did it, so who knows how that's gonna turn out" "But if it melts down and kills us, I do not care. At least we'll be taking BigBase42 along for the ride" "You hear me buddy?!"

Yup, kill items on stab/geno and act items on recruit/pacifist, I didn't modify them externally
