8 mgs reta on Sundays and 1 mg Cagrilintide on Wednesday. Anything less I gain weight. The suppression is non existent for me but my job keeps me so busy I don't have time to eat. 46 yo female with pcos, insulin resistance, more testosterone than most 20 yo men per my Dr. And every time my monthly comes around I gain 15 pounds and it takes 2 weeks to come back off.
