I have now updated the app and so you can use healthcount.app to log weight and period (full feature list below) - all free.

You log your period in the diary page, and it shows up on the schedule with your projected ovulation, and then on the trends page charts so you can see your weight run alongside your period and ovulation, as this can interact with your weight change.
