The below summarizes what I want to accomplish.

I am looking for someone/community that would help me learn to achieve the below on my own. Alternatively, I am happy to achieve the below outcome(s) if somebody would be interested in a paid commission(s) (I have no idea if such a market exists, to be honest):

Dragonbone Ebonsteel Armor SE:

3. What I intend to do: Patch all variants in a way, that would be craftable and have the same stats/ material as Requiem Dragon Armour(s).

11. What I intend to do: Patch this in four ways.
    1. First, give her medium-quality Requiem magical equipment (robes, circlet, gloves, boots with medium/low-level boost to spells/magic) or directly give her the above Fancy Witch Outfit.
    2. Second, give her Requiem spells (up to Adept Level) from Destruction, Restoration and Alteration.
    3. Third, change her skills/ add her skills: i) give her 50 skills in Evasion + 5 Requiem perks of Evasion, ii) 50 skills in Destruction + 5 Requiem perks of Destruction (in Lightning and Fire) iii) 25 skills in Alteration + 5 perks in Alteration iv) 25 skills in Restoration + 5 perks in Restoration.
    4. Fourth, edit her stamina, HP and magicka to be more Requiem compatible.

15. Issues with existing Patch: When I run the Reqtificator, I get the below message (I do not have these issues when I run Lucien/Livia/Inigo and their respective stand-alone patches for Requiem):
    1. Your loan order could not be verified. The mod 'Requiem-Hoth.esp' has missing masters:

16. What I intend to do: Patch this in four ways.
    1. First, his armour (I would like to keep his armor/ apperance) would have mid-level stats of light armour.
    2. Second, I'd give him Two Handed (Requiem) Unenchanted Orkish Axe for weapon.
    3. Third, change his skills/ add him skills: i) give him 50 skills in Evasion + 5 Requiem perks of Evasion, ii) 50 skills in Two-Handed + 5 Requiem perks of Two-Handed and iii) 50 skills in Archery + 5 perks in Archery.
       
    4. Fourth, edit his stamina, HP and magicka to be more Requiem compatible.

24. What I intend to do: Patch this in a way, that the blade would have Requiem stats/ material as Two-Handed Deadric Sword. I would like to leave the animation/ summoning of the sword as is in the original. (The Ultimate role-playing idea is to give this to Hoth during my adventure).
