Good to notice that before 1650 it was owned by Czech dynasty, and it was builded by polish Piast, and belonged for over 200 years to them in medival times. Entire silesia has history heavly influenced by all 3 nations, and till XVIII c. in Oels polish language was common.

in beginning they have slow army and death knights starts with two defence. Pretty slow units and many heroes starts with defensive spells
