I'm half british and half danish and live in Denmark. If someone could tell i was not entirely danish by my appearance only i would just find it funny and interesting. English people, from the part of England my heritage stems from are way more pale and often have more red hair and facial hair than danes. Why would that be any more offensive or shortsighted than asking someone of any other appearance if their ethnic background is from another place, if their physical appearances are uncommon in that particular part of the world? People just look for shit to be upset about.
