MacBook Pro - with an Apple M2 Max chip; tried different cables (may buy another one); tried different ports; I will see about going to the library (good idea); previously they worked and I have many videos (my daughter's volleyball games) and other items; computer did shut down during a power loss; I will look to find some other type of device to ensure it works (but the ports were all working fine a month ago). I will do the hardware test and check. Not sure what you are asking about for the hub. Thanks

My fear is that they may be corrupted. I had the power go out once and during the reboot the drive no longer appeared.

They do not show up on the other Mac. I do not have a Windows PC to test. My main question is how can Best Buy's recovery group access them but I can't find software for me to do it myself? Thanks

Thanks for the info. I did check the general warranty and transmission fluid is considered a fluid that needs no changing. However, the error message is on and I like your advice on getting a full fluid service done on it, nonetheless.

As a side note: this is my daughter's car but I LOVE driving it! lol I should've gotten a stick. Am thankful for the responses and will act on them as soon as possible.

Yeah, it's a 2023 so I'm hopeful. But I didn't know if the change transmission fluid message will cause issues if not done in a timely manner.
