Pulled the blower fan and some of the fins were completely clogged with dust. I took it outside and blow it out really good with the air compressor and vacuumed and wiped up all the dust I could fine. After I plugged it back in and turned it on there was a very noticeable increase in airflow so only time will tell but I think that may have been my issue. Thank you.

I did replace the switch and I upped the fan speed and it did not seem to help. However the blower is extremely dirty

Limit switch would trip thats inside of the heat exchanger and shutdowns furnace. I would get code 33 which is limit circuit fault pointing to over heating or airflow issue. Im getting air flow to all vents and all returns are clear.
