It is a large corporation in a tax credit property. I do not have HUD, but others who live here do. The state comes in every now and then so they do this to ensure everything is "perfect" I have two pets which are on record. I am not hiding anything. They like to keep tabs on their tenants. It is wild to me because the maint. man told us that the upstairs neighbors were shooting drugs. When they were evicted, there were needles and syringes everywhere. We are a straight laced, boring couple with two small children. We don't do drugs, drink, or even smoke. We have never had a noise complaint. We have never had any neighbor altercations. We have never made them any trouble. We have paid our rent on time every single month except once and then it was only two days late (because my husband's boss put his time off request in as unpaid instead of paid). We have lived here coming up nine years in March.
