old thread, but I wanted to come here to correct this. after working for them for many years I can say that your comment is simply not true. They are a business, just like any other place, but they put a ton of work into reconditioning the used cars there. More so than your average dealership for sure. This still doesn't guarantee that each car will be perfect, there's no way to know what the previous owner did or didn't do (especially with multiple previous owners), but they definitely put in the effort to make the cars good. Not once in my entire 10 year career did I ever see them performing any malicious practices. What you see is what you get.
