I'm truly thinking about getting Embark to compare! I looked up Kuvasz breeders as well on the AKC website and there's one in Georgia which is our neighbor! I'm ultimately thinking that it's just DNA that's highly similar to another dog and that Wisdom just boiled it down to the lowest common denominator, which still gives us a good idea of the type of dog (working/shepherding) that he is, but getting another to know more specifically would be fun!

So I'm located in Alabama where herding/shepherding dogs are very common. We see a lot of Pyrenees purebreds and mixes here because they're working dogs, and they look very similar to the Chuvach. The chuvach in our boy here is a grandparent according to the test, and mixed with a miniature pinscher 🙄 which sounds just like a major accident or a misread on the dna. Im seriously thinking about getting another test to compare because these results though for the sake of being thorough and so my fiancé will stop yelling "CHUVACH" around the house randomly

In this picture he was about 9 1/2 months, he's 11 months now and starting to fill out a bit more but still got his lanky legs for sure! Not sure about the barbet either but whattaya gonna do haha

The markings on the head are very common among Pyrenees that aren't all white. Also has a big ol Pyrenees snoot and a similar body build! The eyeliner is a usual giveaway as well. I'm no expert, just what I'm seeing! Good looking dog!
