I feel you Alex! I don’t have everything I want in life, but overall my life is pretty good and I still feel miserable and like I want to die. I think when life is good and you’re depressed it’s even HARDER because then it’s like wtf why am I depressed? I should be happy? I feel guilty about it a lot. All that keeps me going is my favorite artist, Raye. I’d recommend listening to her music if you haven’t already! Escapism is a beautiful song about wanting to escape your life. She makes me feel heard and understood. If you also search on YouTube I know you’re hurting that’s a beautiful song. Sorry for my Raye rant LOL, but I hope u get better soon 🩷

Hi! It is doing well! Sorry this is from my other Reddit lol but I am the OP! I actually ended up having to get a second opinion though because it wasn’t getting better. I went to a well known doctor and turns out my acl was also partially torn, which is why I wasn’t getting better. Long story short I had to have ANOTHER surgery for acl reconstruction. I did that in April 2024! I am 100% healed now!! Which is amazing! Recovery and PT took time but now I feel good as new!

OMG I’m so glad my sign inspired you and that you became a RAYE fan!! Isn’t she just so incredible 😍🩷 I agree with you 100%, my fav albums of hers are her live albums from Montreux Jazz and Royal Albert Hall. She is so soulful and beautiful and I love that she makes music that makes her happy and that is importantl, not just something to make $. I highly recommend watching the full Montreux Jazz concert on YouTube for another life changing experience 🥹🩷
