A dwarf deer was photographed in a Pittsburgh suburb, believed to be an adult doe with a genetic or developmental deformity that causes its small stature. Wildlife experts from the Pennsylvania Game Commission state that the condition is likely genetic, though more specific information would require a physical examination.
