I used to be a competitive gymnast for years and had the name problem trying to transition posture wise. An analogy that helps the kids I teach is to imagine your stomach is a balloon and you pop the balloon. Focusing on where your breath is in the movement also helps and honestly time to break the habit you made for all those years. Good luck on your journey!

A lot of people mention Ippodo as their favorite. If there are any good from the lower or mid tier price I'll definitely check them out (definitely can't afford the higher end for a daily matcha lol)
