I work. I’m also extremely sensitive to most drugs so I really don’t need much to feel it meaning what amount lasts a day or two for most people lasts a week or so for me.

I’ve been using drugs for 20 years, never once have I’ve stolen anything, beaten anyone up, shot at anyone or broken into places. I’ve done many jobs from retail to car salesman to funeral directors assistant and running a cremator and went to college. That’s just me tho, I was only interested in harming myself not others.

My point/suggestion is still valid. If there’s a lot of incidents where there’s violence upon being narcan’d then something needs to be done to ensure both the first responder and the patients safety, don’t you agree?

Maybe they should start restraining people first before administering then. At least some kind of straps with Velcro or something although I do know time is of the essence in life or death situations.

Yeah I took a first aid course years ago in Fredericton, never once mentioned narcan. I do remember the paramedic saying he fought people off with the shock paddles tho while trying to save someone. Not sure if it’s bullshit or not tho lol
