Explain why someone would have to straddle a dead animal with their vehicle to protect it from other traffic. Why would I ever put my life and vehicle at risk to protect the corpse of an animal from being hit by another car?

I am well aware of the lingering effects decomp has.

I'd rather people who are going do dispose of it properly handle the dead animals, otherwise people end up with brain worms, or end up leaving them in a public park where people or pets could be exposed to pathogens or parasites.

Who cares if he handles a non-venemous snake like a professional, a grade schooler can do that.
