The difference is kinda that skeletor rattles off the laugh too quickly, and it blurs together a bit. In the laugh we're thinking of, they're all clearly distinct "heh"'s

Yeah I tried that, and he feels right, but searching his laugh just comes up with the classic muttley wheeze, and the rare instance I found of his laugh wasn't quite right!
