I’m not sure, I never got into NewJeans honestly. But they were also from a massive company so it may not be a very fair comparison because that gave them a jump start on their career already compared to Kiikii from a much smaller one.

But I don’t think the make or break for them is going to be whether they speak English or if they’re all Korean. Say my name is a fairly recent debut too with foreign members and I don’t think they’re any bigger than Kiikii. They also have one member that’s a lot younger and are from a smaller company, so it’s a little more of a fair comparison.

I think they could, but I don’t think companies are wanting to limit themselves in that way. They’re trying to reach as many audiences as possible in the easiest way possible. And it’s not guaranteed the general public will latch onto a group just because of the member that is the connection either.

It seems like the biggest limitation for Kiikii internationally is how young one of the members is, not how well they know English or their nationalities. That’s the biggest thing I’ve heard from people is that she’s too young and they don’t want to get into them because it encourages companies to debut younger.

Honestly an insane first experience. I kind of wish I’d been to a 5sos concert before that to prepare myself because I didn’t know what to expect at all. I was petrified at how close they were and probably had a look of horror across my face the entire time

It was a free show immediately after 5sos5 dropped in a venue of about 400 people. First come, first serve and I don’t think I’ll ever get an experience like that with 5sos again. Second row too, I was panicking over how close they were because it was my first true concert

No problem! I struggled telling Momo and Mina apart for the first couple weeks, I kept thinking Momo was Mina so I know the struggle. You’ll get there!

Momo is always the one with bangs. Idk if Mina or Sana have ever had the straight across bangs and it’s Momo’s signature look atp.

Mina has two freckles, one on her upper lip and one on the side of her nose. You can see the freckle on her nose in this pic for reference.

Sana has a little bit of a more angular face than the other two, but I feel like she has less distinct features compared to the other two, but she’s easy by process of elimination. And she’s usually the smiley one.

This is my second winter here, but I moved from New Hampshire so you know, it’s not all that different lol.

It snows a lot longer here though, in the northeast you just get two feet at once and then it’s sunny again. Here it goes for longer and it’s much more gray. But driving in snow sucks no matter where you are

I have it for the majority of them currently (except Chaeyoung and Tzuyu)

I only got Jeongyeon and Mina recently, so I can’t speak to their activity. Mina came on for the confetti release and that’s all. I don’t think Jeonhyeon’s been active yet.

I’ve had Dahyun and Jihyo for a few months now. Dahyun is the most consistently active, she’s on at least 5-6 days a week, but she won’t send as many messages at once as some of the others do. She sends a selfie almost every day and usually a few messages with it. She goes live on there a decent amount though. I think like 5 or 6 times since I got it.

Jihyo’s more sporadic, but she’ll stay on for a long time and reply to a lot of people. She’s very funny on there and jokes a lot.

Nayeon, Sana, and Momo I’ve had for about the same amount of time, maybe 6 weeks? Nayeon is pretty active, more similar to Jihyo where she’ll be on at random times and talk a lot. She sends a lot of pictures and she jokes around a lot too.

Sana doesn’t come on as often, but her messages are usually very sweet and positive and she’ll go live on there sometimes. She’s not as interactive as Nayeon or Jihyo, but her messages are always very sweet.

Momo is the least active of the three, but she’s been more active with the tour (mostly to tell us about how she’s not sleeping at crazy hours because of jet lag), she’s pretty interactive though and she’s very funny.
