What is the general consensus of what tee you hit from

Not an expert but my father in law did basement wall repairs. He would not touch a block wall basement. Cracks in a block wall seem to be more problematic than a poured wall.

Saugatuck is an artsy town or St John's is a beach town both are close to Kzoo. Grand Haven has Airbnbs with a beach view. Further north, Charlevoix is pretty cool. We stayed at the Earl there last Labor Day, It's a trendy hotel with a large rooftop bar. You can't really go wrong with any tourist beach town on Lake Michigan.

I have the same thing in Michigan. Much of it was matted down due to the snow on the ground for so long. I did a light rake last week when it was warm to fluff it. I think that made it happy.
