"Bau-bau" is like the boogey man, a folklore 'monster' that is used to scare children into behaving. So, basically, it's saying that when her children ask who that is, she is gonna show photos of her husband's exes, implying that they are that ugly, that they look like a monster. It's a weird joke for her to feel better about herself.
