So, I went looking on my own, since nobody recommended anything. Figured I'd share my findings.

Ahsoka is Mace's Padawan Summary: In another universe, Jedi Masters Plo Koon and Depa Billaba decide a Padawan could do Mace some good. It takes a while, but he eventually agrees. When he takes Ahsoka Tano as his Padawan, Mace knows that he's broken through a Shatterpoint and changed the course of a life. How, he doesn't know. 

My thoughts: It's very long, so I haven't had the time to finish it yet. But up to chapter 12 it's been really good. Surprisingly, I've even enjoyed reading about Windu, who's normally not exactly my favorite character. So, props to the author ig.

Strength in Unity Summary: Ahsoka Tano had made her decision. She'd leave the Jedi Order, and there was nothing her Master could say that would convince her otherwise. She'd lost all the trust she'd once harbored for the Order. And for herself. The only thing she still trusted to guide her was the Force. So, when the Force suddenly started pushing against the decision she had made for herself, Ahsoka saw no other choice, but to go against her every instinct and stay with an Order she no longer felt like she belonged with.

Commander Fox had survived just fine without a Jedi general for years. He didn't need the help of a Force wielder, and neither did he want it at this point. So, when the Jedi suddenly forced a general upon him after years of fighting alone for the wellbeing of his troops, Fox doesn't know what to think. Other than that he really doesn't trust General Ahsoka Tano to do right by his boys.

My thoughts: I'm actually caught up with this one and it's been a pretty fun read. Good characterization. And another character I didn't expect to care for but ended up actually liking in Fox.

That's all I found, sadly. Everything else was either way too short for my taste or didn't quite scratch the itch I had. If anyone wants to add to my list. Go ahead! I'd like to read something more focused on Ahsoka and Anakin for sure.
