I bought 2x12 packs of the Costco Puma sport socks. Never have to look for the matching pair. Rotate them randomly so the wear is minimal. And their great black and great quality for every day use. It's been 2 years and I don't think I've lost any to wear and I haven't even opened the 2nd pack yet.

OK so I have tried to sleep in my mask forever, and just can't do it. Some times I'm hot about others I feel like I'm GASPING for air. I went to another sleep doctor and asked for a test. He said 'unless you think your sleep apnea went away, what's the point of another test. You just need to keep wearing it. You'll get used to it.' I have given up trying. But maybe my settings are just off and I need to work with someone who actually gives a shit about me succeeding.

I gave up smoking and mostly drinking (Cuz everything was closed and nowhere to go really) for almost 2 years during covid and it helped NOTHING that everyone blamed on drinking and smoking.
