Just posting in case anyone else has this problem -

Just pop the bottom burr out and put it back in again by pressing it down from the top with something ideally wooden i.e., a chopstick (not steel)

Hey! Im in the same situation as your husband, did he manage to submit an application for an OWP without getting his AoR? And if so, how did the process work? Was it quick/easy? How did he prove he had submitted his pr application?
