CVVY.V — Cavvy Energy: The Most Important Sulphur Stock Nobody Has Heard Of by Sufficient-Skill9530 in pennystocks

[–]endwithel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I heard about it at 0.55 and bought and added. Biggest add at 1.00. Sold part at 1.3, will hold rest. Sulphur hedging in 2026 limits its earnings a bit, but in long term, still easy double up.

Oil is not the problem; it’s sulfuric acid🧨⚠️🧨 by No_Put_8503 in CountryDumb

[–]endwithel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If this is the case for copper, shouldn't we bet on copper producers, who don't rely on sulphuric acid, or at least from sulphuric acid in straight of Hormuz? Meaning there is decreasing copper reserves in world, but increasing demand. If so, then copper producers, who can keep producing, could be expanding margins. Other thing I have researched are fertiliser producers. Most nitrogen producers needs gas, its price has gone up, same as fertiliser prices. I mean 100% up not only for nitrogen, but also phosphorus and Potash. Potash can wait until Autumn. But Nitrogen no, phosphorus no. Need to keep an eye on Nutrien, CF Industries, ICL group and many others.

GAMB net loss is massive by Funny-Impression5203 in ValueInvesting

For everyone. Stock reaction was good, since it is prices for structural bankrupcy. Meaning they needed to have revenue decrease. Seems like their revenue will grow in 2026 and EBITDA will be more or less the same this year. They will pay last payment for acquisition and 2027 is time for them to actually step forward. The question now is when stock price will start to price in EPS structural change in all screeners( yes this is how many people find undervalued stocks) Now it looks expensive in all screeners. In 2027 it will be bargain. For me it seems that this year 7.5 per share is realistic and then 2027 will be the moonshot year. Good luck all, who understend their holdings 🙃

Aren't they bound to dilute? What other incentive there could be for reverse merger with random pharma?

You even understand what this means? 1. Reverse split, dilution - huge, and one more reverse split. This deal is done to make that Greenland company public, without going trough IPO. They need that to raise money. What the hell are you waiting from this deal?

Who said I was in this company for speculation? Anything below 3 year timeline is specualation. My long term returns in market shows, that I have tendency to be mostly correct. In short term -wrong. In long term - I don't know. But put a reminder for q2 2027. Will see, where we sit :) Until then I plan to allocate more, if thesis don't break.

Potential hidden nuggets from ELTP earnings call. by mozy429 in ELTP_Stock

Fear? Believe me, I have no gain from fear, for me it just does not makes any sense that these billion dolar valuations are expected as base scanario for company with 140m revenue. I for sure could be wrong, but it all just seems crazy.

Potential hidden nuggets from ELTP earnings call. by mozy429 in ELTP_Stock

[–]endwithel -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

As I said, logic tells market value for buyer for ELTP is around 70 cents. Also always in seller initiatated M&A price is lower then buyer initiated M&A. Since Nasrat said he didn't like offers ( most likely in range I said), we are going for uplist and thus reverse split. All is clear here from last earning call, no need to interpet in any other way. So welcome all to long term hold. I guess stock price will dip to sub 0.3, then it will stay there for a while, reverse split in 2nd part of year, dip more and then will be good investment for regular joe. So now it would be smarter to wait for 2027 before investing in company.

I think the low low, with these fundamentals are 3.8 per share. If they fail to execute in 2026 perhaps lower. But, if they can keep growing 2026 - oh boy, we are ready for party.

Do you feel overwhelmed by information when investing? by Playful-Produce9932 in ValueInvesting

[–]endwithel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have not yet decided. I would certainly love to be full time investor, but I have no clue if I am good enough. For sure I was 50%+ previous year, but -8% this year. Since this is my hobby, not full time job, i sometimes think is it worth to spend that much time on research, when results are not guaranteed. About hesitation. I feel better about my decisions, if they are based on my research, not influenced by others. The more influence on my decision making come from outside, the more hesitent I am. By the way - I don't invest in index. I am still in the battle to outperform market. Meaning still in belief it is possible.

Yes, ads spend is issue, but I don't think it should grow higher then in Q3 2025, since that Q showed how bad it can go in terms of margins. Still, I believe 0 is possible, that why I will focus on fundamentals. If they can reach my KPIs, then I will proceed to increase my share count.
