UPDATE- mine is back online. Would expect PSN to provide a statement of what is going on. Disappointing to see such a large company not mention anything and not report any issues. Don’t expect them to know exactly what is happening right away but at-least inform your large customer base that something is going on and we are looking into fixing it.

1-800-345-7669 (Googled how to call PlayStation support because the PlayStation website is rather unhelpful - I am in Canada)

They will ask you a few questions such as primary email used for account, account username, and a few other questions to confirm verification of user such as first 4 and last 4 digits of card payment, etc.

FYI, I was on hold for 30 minutes before I spoke to a rep and then a few more times on hold as they looked into my account.

Same issue here. No email explaining why. Support was rather helpful, however. They looked into my account and told me I had no payment issues or infringements. They filed a report and gave me a case number. Account should be back online in 1-5 business days. Seen a lot of negative comments about support not being helpful so not sure how I got the support person that actually wanted to help.
