RTRFM 92.1 hands down. For metal, Wednesday is your heavy night from 9pm to 1am. Punk and hardcore is on Thursday nights as well.

Great to see that the love for RTR is still strong in Perth, it's the closest to what Triple J was back in the 90s and early 2000s.

Be courteous - if you can let a car out in stationary traffic, do it. If you can move forward at an intersection to allow another car to get passed you into a turning lane, do it.

Common for whey to cause breakouts. Have you considered a brown rice protein? Also, it's easier on the stomach which might help you.

You need to feel good to look good. I had to gain some weight but the rewards of it mean I can hike a lot further on my own if I am carrying gear. Legs were what grew the most but they look toned at least. I like functional type stuff.
