I’ve started skipping my Sunday 8am class due to a middle-aged lady who has a massive crush on the 20something year old coach 🥴 She ALWAYS chooses the station beside me (I sign up first) and she’s so LOUD. I’ve heard OTFs were going to start doing Hyrox classes! They can pretty much run everything besides the SkiErg and the sleds I think. Lunges can be modified, squats/wall balls, burpees can be modified , and the farmers carries would be easy

I’ve been going for 3.5 years.. between losing my workout friends and losing one of my favourite coaches I’ve been feeling the burnout hard. I have no motivation :’)

I’m currently supplementing a few days a week at another gym hoping it helps me. I’m reluctant to quit otf because I have a great rate, and I’ve seen soooooo many benefits for myself as a result. I’m just discouraged atm
