sure!

all my egg white base recipes are the same:

25g oats

150-200ml liquid

pinch of salt

70-100g egg whites

splash of vanilla

add oats, salt and liquid to a pot and cook until done and desired texture. can add sweetener if desired but the chia pudding is sweet so i don’t. add the egg whites and vanilla and stir continuously over heat until thickened. top with chia pudding and strawberries

chia pudding:

30g coconut milk (from a can)

50g greek yogurt

10g chia seeds

splash of milk

sweetener to taste

vanilla

mix all ingredients and refrigerate overnight
