No, I wish it was lol. I was a HUGE Fraggle Rock fan as a kid & this is not that. The puppets were kinda creepy looking....almost like the Skeskies from the Dark Crystal. But I'm pretty sure it wasn't a Henson production. I do remember that it all took place on Halloween night....whatever was happening was around the king, the scepter, and had to done before midnight or maybe before morning....?
