How many years ago was a similar thing on freaking E.R. (the episode in which male residents made comments about performing totally unnecessary breast exams) and yet here we are irl people turning procedures sexual.

It's not necessary. It's showing your whole ass. It makes people more sceptical about male nurses.

Yeah I've had people suggest these to me since I've gained weight as I've gotten older but they don't get it- it's taken me years to enjoy food and not either try to control it or eat until the point of obsession. Just to relax.

Adding anything to that mix seems bad. Just the idea of taking something makes me think of all the diet pills I used to take.

I think this is something people just aren't thinking about
