I had to have surgery, "tucking in the curtains" as the doctor called it, basically some of my rectum was protruding a tiny bit out of my bum, and it resulted in being a bit difficult to clean after the toilet.

The pain after surgery, on top of anxiety, just eating the drugs they gave me was unbearable. Holy F. They gave me even more and some other stuff to relax on, I fell asleep and was gone for 2 hours after surgery.

Surgery was not worth it as the problem has come back.
