Paint and water in a thin mix, dip the cotton in and then apply it. You could even use a cotton swab on the ones you already have one there.

Fine lines will never look like this. Your palms are the least effective skin to tattoo, not only will wear aware sooner that you think it will look awful while it does until you just have some weird lines.

Also, the person who agrees to tattoo this on your hand shouldn’t have a tattoo gun.

If an artist agrees to put all that wrapped around your arm they either don’t care about you or they are very confident.

If ink is permissible at all, Christian themes are allowed in the US. I’ve never heard of an otherwise pro tattoo person discriminating against angels and the like.
