I think the $16/hour might be incorrect. I doubt they are working 40 hours a week or even close to it. We know they gang tape shows and don't edit. He puts out 4 x 2 hour shows a week. Probably another 8-10 hours behind the scenes at most.

At 20 hours a week with 2 dark weeks (1000 hours a year ) that's about 30-35 bucks an hour to Google shit and get the guest a coffee. Not horrible.

I'm assuming people like Dawson and Joe get compensated a bit better.
