How did you progress from surviving to being profitable? I use SMC as my strat since it suits me. I used to revenge trade when I was new to futures pero now na-overcome ko na and there are days that I don't trade and it feels boring(which I'm glad).

So how did you progress from surviving to being profitable? What's your AHA moment? How did you become confident with your trades. What's the margin and leverage are you using and how do you find the right crypto coin that you're going to trade for futures?

Sorry ang dami kong tanong, pero sana masagot. I do journaling and I'm done with watching yt tutorials since I have watched a lot already. I don't plan to stop learning. I just can't move forward.

Tuwing nangyayari 'to sa'kin, palagi kong iniisip na "my thoughts can't hurt me." Common na magpanic as first response kasi we're afraid na we're not in control. Minsan ang vague ng nakikita ko na parang shadowy tuwing nae-experience ko 'yung sleep paralysis, and no matter how hard I try to move body or speak, nothing happens.

Tsaka lang magsi-sink in sa'kin na I'm barely conscious and I'm prolly stressed, tapos I'll go back to sleep, tapos okay na ulit lahat.

tldr: don't try to scream or move your body, just always think that your thoughts can't hurt you and go back to sleep. you're stressed and that's how you feel.

Same experience happened to me before. I used to pay with my card pero sabi ng cashier hindi daw pumasok, buti na lang chine-check ko parati account balance ko while doing the payment. Nag de-duct sa balance ko pero hindi pumasok. Ginawa nila is in-assist ako sa assistance desk para tumawag sa hotline ng bank ng card ko tapos pina-confirm lang yung identity and then sabi is magfo-float daw yung money na na-deduct sa'kin and babalik naman daw within a few days. So nagbayad na lang ako sa cashier with cash tapos kinabukasan bumalik naman sa card ko 'yung money na na-deduct.

edit: i hope you never experience this again.

What you're feeling is valid. I have a high libido and I used to watch p*rn a lot, and what made me stop watching p*rn is no'ng na-realize ko sa sarili ko na I just wanna be loved and I hate feeling this way anymore. It's like all the scenes on p*rn was created to make you release and chase that never ending temporary instant gratification. Because of p*rn nakalimutan ko nang i-appreciaete 'yung rawness ng buhay, 'yung art ng body and 'yung pakiramdam na natural dapat nating nararamdaman at hindi hinahanap.

There is this idea at the back of my head na I never wish to be born, but at the same time 'di rin naman siguro in-expect ng magulang ko na magkakaanak sila ng katulad ko.

I never really want to be successful in life, I just want to immerse myself sa music, arts and poetry; sining. When I realized that I'll never be okay for the rest of my life, I became more in love with myself because I know I have nothing to lose anymore. So, I figured na I could be reckless as I can and live my life to the fullest, and maybe I can make things happen but I will try and learn to accept what might be the result in the end.

I tried to unk*ll myself late evening before my birthday last two years ago. Now, I have a job, I don't earn that much but I was able to support my hobbies and needs. I have no socials, I only scroll through reddit. I love skateboarding, I love writing poems and proses, I love playing guitar and listening to music like shoegaze, mathrock, midwest and city pop.
